There are big changes in the patent laws that are going to affect you if you are patenting a product. Brett Trout did a nice job of providing an overview of these changes on his blog . His post, What Inventors Need to Know About the New Patent Law is required reading.
Many of us believe that these changes represent a problem for the startup company in that the laws favor the large corporation. If you are in the patent process area, you need to start educating yourself on what these laws may mean to you.
